Slow Flow to Yin with Sound Bath

This 90-minute event will feature slow yoga flow into restorative postures for the first half of the class while Thrum Soundworks provides musical accompaniment. The latter half of the session will see attendees and their mats in savasana to receive an approximate 45-minute sound bath.

Forestal Soundscapes

Where: Washington State, TBD
Description: Sound baths held in the forests of Washington State, with trailheads reachable within two hours driving from Seattle. Instruments will be packed, hauled, and played to serenade the trees and attendees over the span of an hour. Moderately difficult hiking abilities will be expected of registrants. Further details will be provided in April.
